The Triangulum Galaxy, also known as Messier 33 or NGC 598, is a spiral galaxy located roughly 2.7 to 3 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Triangulum. It is the third-largest member of our Local Group of galaxies, following the Andromeda Galaxy and the Milky Way.
